Simply decorated, Villa Imperatrice offers homelike interiors. Guests can appreciate the Italian design furnitures and the house features a Verisure security system.
You will find on the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen, the large living / dining room opening onto the patio.
There is also a small reading room, a library and a guest bathroom with bath and WC.
In winter, it will be very nice to warm you near the wood stove, on which you can also cook.


Outdoors

Villa Imperatrice has a large plot of 2 hectares, offering guests a total privacy and a quiet environment.
In summer, you can enjoy the view and the sun on the terrace or in the swimming pool (10 x 5m), and enjoy delicious meals, prepared in the barbecue, in the shade of the patio.
If you prefer to relax in the garden, several lounge areas are available. There is also a ping-pong area.
Guests can also appreciate vegetable and herbal gardens.


Location

3 km away is the village of Borgonuovo, which has a supermarket, a butcher, a baker, a pharmacy and a bar. There is a large market every fourth Sunday of the month. Stimigliano and Selci have a bank and a post office. Forano has a large Conad supermarket that is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The house is situated in Lazio on the border with Umbria, 60 km to the north-east of Rome, and can be easily reached via the Autostrada del Sole (A1) from both the north and south.
The centre of Rome is just forty-five minutes away by car, and there are plenty of parking possibilities in the car park under the Villa Borghese.
There is also a direct train link from the nearby station at Stimigliano to the centre of Rome.
During the day, you can enjoy the cultural attractions, shop in the Via dei Condotti, enjoy a drink at the Piazza Navona, eat at one of the many restaurants in the Trastevere district, and return to the calm and clean air of the Sabine Hills in the evening.
