Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private balcony.

Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom outside the room, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 7
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom outside the room, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private balcony.

Indoors 

This house, spread over several levels, was respectfully restored. Guests can appreciate its elegant sweeping arches, its Swiss cross-patterned brick facade, the delicate brick and tilework that pervade the interiors, the barrel-vaulted ceilings and intricately painted ceilings. 
The villa offers beautiful and comfortable interiors. Visitors can enjoy two living rooms with luxury Scandinavian furniture, a large kitchen gleams with marble slates and a dining room with a gorgeous view.
There are also seven luxury bedrooms and and the bedroom 2 has, in addition to its single bed, a mattress on the floor and a baby bed.

Outdoors​ 

The property is surrounded by a patchwork of lush gardens and vineyards with 360-degree views.
Guests can enjoy the large salted pool with panoramic view, pergolas, lounges and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ & pizza oven.
There is also a petanque strip and a basketball court.

Staff & Services

The property is available on request for photo and film shoots, yoga retreats, corporate off-sites, wine tastings and more. 
Note : service fees are not included in the price (for cleaning, water, gas, local taxes, linen and towels, internet).


Location

Villa Verdini has an ideal location, in Piedmont. This region was designated UNESCO Heritage site and is renowned for its pastoral beauty and legendary culinary scene.
The property is surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills and lovely forested regions, offering incredible views.
The small town of Nizza Monferrato is just a few minutes from the house and has numerous restaurants, bistros and many great little shops.
Visitors can access to the main amenities (such as a supermarket, butcher and baker, pharmacy and post office) in Calamandrana which is just down the hill.
The towns of Canelli and Nizza Monferrato are only 5 km away.
Milan, Turin and the Ligurian coast are about an hour away by car.
Milan airport is 1 hour and 45 minutes away by car and Turin airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
