Villa Provencia is a typical chic farmhouse of Provence with over 400 m² of living areas, ideal for a stay with family or friends, accommodating up to 16 people (10 adults and 6 children). Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (5 minutes on foot), it has, among other things, a vegetable garden and 2 caravans (of which one can host guests) in a private garden of 10,000 m². One of the main advantages of the villa is that it has an in-home chef who will cook Provencal dishes with vegetables from the kitchen garden depending on the season.

Room 1 - Mas - Curcuma :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, shared, with bathtub, shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Room 2 - Mas - Vanille :
Children bedroom, 1st floor. The bedroom has 5 Beds including 4 bunk beds 80 cm, 1 baby bed. Bathroom ensuite, outside the room, shared, with bathtub, shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Room 3 - Mas - Muscade (40m2) :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, outside the room, with bathtub, shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Room 4 - Mas - Coriandre (30m2) :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, office area.

Room 5 - Roulotte Provençale habitable :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 6 - Mazet d'invités :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Note:
- Bedroom 3: the bath is on the terrace.
- Bedroom 6: "Mazet d'invités" lounge has 2 single beds.
- Caravan: the bath is in the bedroom and the shower in the bathroom. Located in the garden, among the olive trees, this spacious double caravan also has a wood-burning stove, a mini-kitchen, air conditioning and heating.


Indoors

This property, with spacious and bright interiors, comprises the main Mas, a Mazet, a caravan ("Roulotte"), a pool house and a gym.
The entrance hall, located on the ground floor, gives access to a first sleeping area and a large living room (with television, sofas, fireplace). The majestic staircase gives access to other bedrooms on the first floor. 
Adjacent to the large living area on the ground floor is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a dining room under a glass roof overlooking the park and the olive grove.

Outdoors

The outdoor areas consist of the swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) with deckchairs and parasols and large gardens. A large terrace adjoining the kitchen accommodates lunches and dinners. The 10,000 m2 park consists of a vegetable garden, an olive grove, and a rose garden. A second caravan in the colors of the South participates in the landscapes of Provence.


Staff & Services

The property has a live-in chef and a housekeeper.
The staff prepares one meal a day, the lunch or the dinner (shopping costs to be paid by guests).
